Enjoy an equestrian-minded workout with your horse in a safe, women-only group. Staff leads a friendly, flexible, and judgment-free workout session including a calisthenics warmup, a group walk with the horses, and bareback or stirrup-less arena exercises to work on mounted balance and strength.
